7.00am – 7.45am Secretariat and scrutineering/launch ramp open
Biolytix 400’s on the ramp/dummy grid
8.00am Competitor Roll Call and Briefing
8.20am Celebrity Challenge, competitor 1
8.25am Celebrity Challenge, competitor 2
8.30am Racing Commences, 1st Qualifying All classes. 10.00am 2nd

11.00am Gates open for the public
11.30am 3rd Qualifying, All classes
1.00pm Celebrity Challenge, competitor 1

1.05pm Lunch break – Public Pit Walk – You are welcome to wander into the pits and meet the
racers, take a closer look at the boats or get autographs. No smoking or drinking allowed in the
pit area.
Hotlap winner drawn and announced, make sure you have your name in the draw.
1.25pm Celebrity Challenge, competitor 2
1.30pm Hotlap winner ride with Richard Murray, past NZ1 Champion. 1.32pm
Racing recommences, 4th Qualifying, All classes
3.00pm Top 12, All classes
4.00pm Top 8, All classes
4.45pm Top 5, All classes

Celebrity competitors will be used to separate the classes between the top 5 and top 3 or to
separate any double driven boats; this will be decided by the launch master.

5.15pm Top 3, All classes
5.35pm Approximate Finish Time

• There will be food & drink caravans situated around the track.
• Programmes available for $5.00.
• Shelter View Caps and a limited number of T-Shirts are also available at the track.
• Flushing toilets are on site.
• Strictly NO PETS, as our farm is accredited.
• Tickets also available from Wanganui I-Site & Eventfinda

Get your name in the draw to win a hotlap with past NZ1 Champion, Richard Murray, in the Ford
powered 630hp, “Mean Machine”. Get your entry in at the gate and it will be drawn just before the
lunch break (approximately 1pm).
Due to the fact that these boats are custom built we can only take people who fit the following
criteria:
• Over 18 years and prepared to sign an indemnity form
• Under 6ft
• Under 100kg
• No heart problems
. These boats reach 5 to 6 G forces so if you m it is not a good idea for you to go for a ride, we
don’t want you to have a heart attack!
We apologise if you don’t meet the criteria but safety must come first.
